I agree with the coke flavors – I often pick that up on the bigger pinots as the first note and so tasty!

I am looking forward to adding some of this to my cellar for future imbibment purposes. I mean for research. Yeah that’s it. Even though it’s a bit pricey, it’s worth it for the great cause Humanitas supports. And heck, it’s just good.
