NY state producers are ramping up Rose; the Finger Lakes is putting on a very aggressive Rose marketing campaign right now. The question, I suppose, is whether there is a large market that wants it. And this time of year, it would seem there is.

One of the challenges is eviscerating the notion that pink = white zin. Pink does not equal sweet, and the best Roses from the Finger Lakes are quite dry. How did this one’s RS stack up?
