In NYC there are no basements, and I live in a shoebox of an apartment. However, I cheat. In New York if it’s the part of the week that ends in “day” there is probably a wine tasting to go to. That and I taste everything I can of what my clients produce. And repping a wine region and not just a winery increased my tasting x100.
