Hey Randy- Like I said, I'd buy it for a big party. Generally when I have a larger gathering where we are going to go through upwards of 20-25 bottles of wine (say at a holiday open house, or the housewarming we had last year) I'm not looking to serve the $20-$30 or even more bottles of wine. I'm looking for something in the $10 range that's going to please lots of folks. Am I going to pull this out and serve it as a fine age-worthy wine to a group of serious wine connoisseurs? No. That's not what it's meant to be. Would I serve it when I need to provide wine to a large group and need to stay on a budget to do so? Absolutely. It's supposed to be an affordable approachable wine, and that's what I found it to be.

Would you really pick up a bottle of this wine for yourself? Just curious... I try a lot of stuff that is "ok" but that doesn't mean I would actually buy it at the store.
