Hmm I have Sensory Eval class that night. We are supposed to be covering sweet and fortified wines that session. Wondering how I can convince the instructor at NW Wine Academy to let me serve some type of BBQ appetizer and Zin before class.
I am in with a 2005 Carlisle Zinfandel Sonoma County. gonna rock it with some bbq ribs, fo’ sure.
